Staff is friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. They also really show appreciation for repeat customers. Realistically, it is never fun having to take your car to the shop but they really try to make it as painless as they can. I may not always like what they have to tell me but I trust them to give it to me straight and not try to pull a fast one. They are the only shop in the area that I trust and don't see myself going anywhere else.
The prices and service are fair, they took us in right away. Turn around time was about 2 hours. We got a an oil change and flush / fill on our transmission. It’s been over a week and no problems to report, so I’ll be back
Very fair and reasonably priced to repair my truck. If you have problems with your vehicle I highly recommend this place. I had to have my truck repaired again, had it towed to the service center, this is the 2nd time I've had excellent service, honest and fair pricing, as far as I am concerned I will bring all my vehicles here to be repaired. They are highly qualified and no other service center will ever touch my truck again but these people! Thankyou so much!

I feel that these people are honest and good at what they do. Both my husband and I take our vehicles to this place and we are pleased with the service. If they make a mistake, they acknowledge it and fix it without charging you. I appreciate that.
Im lucky to have such a great shop so close to my house. Best experience with a service shop I've had in my life. Been here many times for a variety of issues some tire, some mechanical. Trustworthy, Honest, great service, friendly and good prices. They do what's needed and don't inflate the work. I'll be doing business with them as long as they are here and stay top notch.
I was going out of town for a few days, so it made sense to leave my vehicle during that time.
They called while I was on the road and gave me an estimate. With my approval, they got it all done and I didn't have to lose usage of it while they had it. These guys seem to fo good work and get it done in an appropriate time frame. They called when complete and I made payment arrangements. When I got back to town, I walked in the door and they handed me my key. The old story of a place knowing your name is real. I trust the guys at this place and will continue to go back.
Ron was great to deal with super service lift and tires truck looks great they did everything i asked will be back and you should go there.
This is a great establishment! They made me feel comfortable after my car broke down and was towed to them for the fix. They stood by their work and warranty. I appreciate the exceptional service they provided! They went above and beyond!
I bought tires for my Mustang at Halls service center. It was my first visit there. I love Michelin tires and they had the best prices out of 7 places I called. They were so helpful, nice and courteous. The service was fast too. I bought a new Murano and wanted Michelin tires to go on it as well. They were so wonderful and helpful. I was in and out in a flash. I would highly recommend them. I will always buy tires from Halls service center in the future!
HSC takes care of all our vehicles and keeps our business running strong. All repairs are done right and in a very timely manner. The most honest and trustworthy mechanics I know! Can’t say enough good things about these guys!
My family(grandparents, brother, mother and stepfather) and I have been giving Halls Service Center our business for many years, many different vehicles, for many different reasons. Their trust worthy, decent prices, easy to talk to and deal with. Pretty prompt on getting your vehicle back to you as soon as they can. I highly recommend for any type of car work needed.
After nearly 20 years of using Halls Service Center and countless repairs, tires and batteries I can honestly say…..somethings never change, as they are still as timely, knowledgeable, and honest as they were 20 years ago. I can’t thank them enough for toughing out the hard times and staying up with all the new car technologies. Having you all right down the road sure has been nice all these years!!
I would give more stars if possible, I am that impressed. My car was losing power and warning light came on. I took it in and they made every effort to diagnose, but car would not repeat issue. They shuttled me back and forth and kept me informed. Machines could not pull a fault code so they drove around to see if it would repeat. I took car home until it does it again. At no time did they try to recommend unneeded parts or service. They are very busy and you may have to wait a day or so. They are busy for a reason. Again, I highly recommend for outstanding employees and an owner who is involved and rock solid honest. This is now my go to for anything car related. UPDATE. After 200 miles car did it again, lost power and trouble shifting. I took it back,left it running, grabbed me a tech and went for drive. Tech noticed problem, we drove back and this time got a fault code on the diagnostic machine. It was the throttle control, not the transmission . They got me a part overnight from out of state and back on road in 24 hours from problem surfacing. Cost was a bit less then Normal and fair on internet. Again, tech, front office, shuttle driver; all top notch, polite and helpful.
Ive took all 3 of my vehicles here for past few years. They have a customer for life with me! I always recommend them. They are honest people and they look at your vehicle, call you to tell you whats up and price before they go any further. You won't be disappointed with these guys!!
Nothing but the best to say about the folks over at Halls Service Center. I have a heavily modified suspension on my truck and these guys were able to get me aligned. Had some parts that needed to be replaced and the pricing and labor was more than fair. Kept me updated along the way as we were waiting for parts to come in. Thanks!!
The staff if helpful and friendly. The waiting room is clean quiet and comfortable. They even have a shuttle service that can take you home if your wait is going to be too long.
Every person who works at Halls Service Center are all very helpful and straight forward. We have had a few vehicles worked on and it is always done efficiently and professionally. What they quote you on price is very fair and never a surprise when you pick up your vehicle. They keep you posted on what is going on and are very honest. No where else we would trust for repairs.
I had bought headlight on line that were to work in my Jeep. My husband and I tried to install them ourselves at home and just couldn’t get them to fit using the original rings and screws. I saw at Halls Service Center getting an oil change on a different vehicle and asked if maybe a mechanic could see if the headlights could be installed by them. Long story short my headlights are in and work beautifully! I am so happy and I feel the price to have the work done was very reasonable to me. Thank You Halls Service Center you all rock!!
I have used Halls Service Center many times. They have worked on my 2001 Xterra several times over the past year. David Lowery, the owner, is totally awesome to work with. I felt very comfortable working with Halls Service Center as a female. I do know some things about cars and never felt like they were taking advantage of me. I always felt like a priority and got personal service from them. Andy, the service manager is great to work with as well. It was also convenient that they offer a shuttle service. I could drop my car off in the morning and they would get me to work and come get me at the end of the day so I could pick up my vehicle. I tell EVERYONE about them and the excellent service they provide.
I drive all the way from Maryville to get my tires from here! They are a great shop that quickly turns work around! They have always been very fair and honest! I have bought tires for I am wanting to say three vehicles I have owned! They take good care of me and my family! The last one they checked the alignment for free and it needed it and they did the alignment at a fair price and immediately when I picked it up I could tell a difference! My latest vehicle was a 2000 Silverado and they installed Uniroyal tires and they ride really good! Thanks to everyone at your shop and the care you put into people's vehicles! Very professional and nice people!
Was told about them from a close friend because we had just moved to Halls and needed a mechanic. So I brought my van in to be fixed. They were very professional and kind. They did a great job and really quick. I will be using Halls Serice center from now on.
I posted on Knoxville Car Enthusiasts and was referred to Brad at Halls Service Center when I was looking for 2 front tires for my 2010 Versa. I’ve had the car since March 2016 and have put over 100,000 miles on it. I currently have 204,000 miles. I had been noticing the steering wheel shaking and the car interior vibrating so loud I couldn’t make Bluetooth phone calls. It had gradually gotten worse over the past few months and started noticing my tires up front going bald unevenly. I knew I needed tires and thought my car was out of alignment. I do private duty home health nursing and wanted to get it taken care of to make it to my client. I went in on Tuesday and spoke to Brad and his co workers. The tires were put on and he let me know I needed new control arms before the alignment and I was happy to know what was causing the bad shaking/rattling. They let me take the car so I could make it to my patient on Wednesday, let me bring it back Thursday for my control arms , and worked on my rotors as well. I’m thankful for Brad, his co workers , and Halls Service Center. I was so surprised driving home. It didn’t feel like my car anymore; it drove smooth and quiet. I was so surprised at the quality of the ride I took a little joyride up the interstate and it drives better than it did 4 years ago when I first got it. Hopefully I can make to 300,000+ miles.I’d recommend them to anyone who needs their car worked on, are unsure of what the problem is, and for a great experience.They are professional, courteous, efficient, fair, informative, and have great attention to detail. I was on my way home from picking up my kiddos from school when someone stopped me on Emory Rd and said I had something in my tire. That “something” was a 6 inch long metal spike. Tire pro was the closest to me so I headed there. It was close to closing time for them but they still went above and beyond to make sure my and I kids got home safe. They put on my spare so I could drive on home and ordered me and new one and had it ready the very next morning. The customer service is impeccable. I will be going back again.
Many years ago I would not keep a vehicle past 100,000 miles for the simple reason I did not have anyone I could trust to do the maintenance that an older vehicle requires. That changed once I discovered Halls Service Center. They have always proven to be completely competent, professional, and trustworthy in caring for my vehicles. I now drive a 2002 F150 with 177,000 miles and plan on keeping it for the foreseeable future. I also have my kids vehicles serviced there. They also go the extra mile by providing personal service; calling to make sure all work has proven to be satisfactory. It means so much not having to worry about vehicle maintenance issues.
Out of the blue, 60 miles from home, a tire got a nail in it and was about flat when I saw it. Googled the nearest tire repair service and Halls Service Center was only 6 miles away. I drove there slowly and was helped within minutes! Patched, not plugged, and put the tire back on. I am one HAPPY customer!!
